546Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 546.events, operated by ActivLife Hab LLC.
What you buy
One purchase gives you the right to create one event. Event accepts photos. Event + Video also accepts short videos. An event is a shared album with its own permanent link. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
Limits
Photos are accepted on both plans. Videos are accepted only on Event + Video, up to 60 seconds and 100 MB each. Other file types are not accepted. Each event also has a fair-use ceiling of 25 GB in total, which exists to prevent abuse rather than to limit normal use.
Retention
Each event is kept for 365 days from the day you create it. After that the link stops working and the content is deleted. We email you 30 days and 7 days beforehand. Download anything you want to keep before then. Extending retention is not currently offered.
Who can see an album
Anyone holding an event link can view the album, add photos and videos to it, and download from it. The link is the only credential. Share it only with people you want in the album. Only the organizer who created the event can delete content or delete the event.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the link you distribute and for the content in your event. Do not use 546 to store or share unlawful content, or content you have no right to share. We may remove content or close an event that breaks these terms or the law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and your content intact, but we provide it as is, without warranty. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the event concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will not shorten the retention period of an event you have already paid for.
