ActivLife Hab LLC operates 546.events. This describes what we hold and why.

Organizers

We store your email address, so you can sign in and so we can warn you before an album is removed. We do not store a password — signing in uses a one-time link sent to that address.

Participants

Participants do not create accounts and we ask them for nothing. We do not record who uploaded a given photo or video, and we do not build participant profiles.

Photos and videos

Content you or your guests upload is stored to serve the album it belongs to. It is reachable by anyone holding that event link. We do not analyse it, we do not run face recognition on it, and we do not use it to train anything.

Sharing a link by email

When you send an event link by email from your dashboard, we use the addresses for that one send and do not keep them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. We keep the payment identifier so we can match your purchase to your account.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Neon for the database, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting.

How long we keep things

Event content is deleted 365 days after the event is created, or sooner if you delete it. Deleting an event removes its files and its records.
